So I went to the Homer Glen location a week ago and checked in. The board said I was second in line even though I was the only one waiting. There were two staff members each with a client in their chair. The wait time said 20 minutes for me and 15 for whomever was on the board before me. Anyways, about 10 minutes into my wait another client walked in and one of the staff addressed him by name and asked him if he checked in online. He replied, "No." She said, "We will be right with you Frank. Please have a seat." Needless to say at about the 20 minute mark the staff took Frank before me, and the person on the board walked in 30 seconds after that and was taken right away. Therefore, I was now waiting another 20 to 30 minutes. It was obvious that the staff gave precedence to Frank. Perhaps, he is a regular or a big tipper or whatever... All I know is that is not how it should have worked. So I walked out and had to go elsewhere for my hair cut. They didn't value my time, so they must not value my dime.
